Shipping policy

Delivery in UK Mainland, is charged at the price which is quoted when ordering. Prices for delivery include the cost of packing. Additional costs may be incurred for parts of Scotland and non mainland UK.

Overseas Customers will be charged carriage at cost price. Please see our shipping rate guide on our website for details. No responsibility is accepted for non delivery, late delivery or any unchecked delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. No liability for damaged goods in transit will be accepted unless advised to ourselves within 3 days of receipt.

We offer free Standard shipping on all Orders for Customers in the United Kingdom.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Delivery times for products are stated within product descriptions on the site.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your product has been dispatched. You will receive a notification when that happens. You can also contact us directly at info@automodelz.com to request your tracking number.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
